To enhance team communication, foster unity, and create a harmonious and friendly atmosphere, BLAUBERG China organized all employees to visit the picturesque Jian De, Zhejiang from June 14 to 15,2025. The event, themed 'Traveling for Spring Outings, Experiencing Nature,' was a wonderful team-building activity. Over two days and one night, the trip was filled with laughter, cooperation, and exploration of nature. It not only effectively alleviated work stress but also deepened the team's bonds amidst the green mountains and clear waters.

Day 1: Riding the Waves, Exploring the Ancient City. The team's first stop is at Huyuan Creek Drift, known as the "First Drift of Fuchun." This 3.1-kilometer stretch of rapids, with a total drop of 60 meters, tests the team's courage and teamwork. Each pair of participants navigates the crystal-clear stream, sometimes plunging (with a maximum drop of 6.5 meters) and other times playing gently. Along the way, scenic spots like "Elephant Nose Water Absorption,"  "Tiger Leaping Lion Running," and "Waves Hitting Boats" offer breathtaking views. The splashing waves dispel the heat and invigorate the team's energy and enthusiasm.

After enjoying a local specialty dinner in the evening, the team strolled into the ancient city of Yan Prefecture. As night began to fall, the ancient city was illuminated by brilliant lights. Climbing up to the ancient city tower and overlooking the confluence of three rivers, one can fully appreciate the grandeur of the ancient city. Strolling through the cluster of Huizhou-style buildings with their blue bricks and black tiles, touching the old archways and horse-head walls, and walking on the cobblestone paths, it feels as if one has traveled back a thousand years, experiencing the tranquil charm and profound heritage of the ancient city.

Day 2: A Blessed Land, Drifting on the Fuchun River After a comfortable night's rest, the team heads to the Lingxi Cave Scenic Area with high spirits. The vast karst cave system, comprising Lingquan Cave, Qingfeng Cave, Xiayun Cave, and Lingxi Stone Forest, is like an' underground art palace. 'The cave maintains a constant temperature of 17℃ year-round, making it refreshingly cool. Visitors are amazed by nature's incredible craftsmanship, as the various stalactites and stone shoots shine brilliantly under the lights, fully showcasing the cave's features of clear water, unique formations, cool air, refreshing atmosphere, and beautiful rocks. Exploring the deep caves is not only an appreciation of geological wonders but also a symbol of the team's spirit of exploring the unknown together and overcoming challenges.

The final stop of the team-building activity is a poetic boat tour on the Fuchun River. As you drift along the river, a gentle breeze brushes against your face. From a unique water perspective, the ancient city towers of Meicheng (such as Dingchuan Gate and Chengqing Gate) appear even more majestic, showcasing the grandeur of this thousand-year-old ancient city. The boat travels downstream, reaching the confluence of the Xin 'an River, Lan River, and Fuchun River. The vast expanse of misty waves forms a' T 'shape, vividly recreating the magnificent scenes described in ancient poetry. Scenic spots such as Fengzhen Taoist Temple, Wulong Ridge, Wan Song Forest, and Shuangta Lingyun are all within sight, allowing everyone to deeply appreciate the grandeur of China's landscapes and the depth of its history.

With a full load of harvest and beautiful memories, the team embarked on their return journey. The two-day trip to Jiande allowed the people of BLAUBERG to release stress in the green mountains and clear waters, deepen friendships through collaborative challenges, and broaden their horizons through the influence of history and nature. This unforgettable journey will undoubtedly transform into stronger motivation and closer teamwork in their work.
